Natsuru Senou is your ordinary high school guy. One morning however, he awakens transformed into a female. Almost on que, a stuffed animal on his desk comes to life and explains to him that he has become a Kampfer, a type of psychic warriors that are exclusively female. His life afterwards is completely changed, and he must deal with the awkwardness that sporadically transforming into a female entails, as well as random encounters with other Kampfers bent on destroying him. This anime is currently ongoing as of 1/27/09, so the number of episodes is subject to change.
